The Sweden Nepal Society was founded in 1992 in order to promote friendly relations between Sweden and Nepal and therby increase the knowledge of and the understanding for these two countris in very different parts of the world.
The Society is invollved with cultural and social exchange and to a certain extent social aid. Naturally we are not aligned to any political and religious movement. We are a non profit organisation. Our members are made up of families with children adopted from Nepal, adopted from Nepal, Nepalese living in Sweden and other people interested in Nepal.
All who are interested in Nepal are welcome to the Society. Please don`t hesitate to contact any members of the board to discuse matters concerning Nepal or the Society.
